Ceremony-only weddings are not available to parties of 50 or more. No chairs are provided

Beach Ceremony allowed with Clubhouse rental- $300.00 additional fee

Hours booked for Gazebo/Tree Ceremony include set-up & break down of your decorations, chairs, etc.

Gazebo/Tree Ceremony can be only be rented until 12 pm on Saturdays unless renting Clubhouse
Clubhouse Rental:

Available June through September (with tent).

A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. (Payable by check, money order & Paypal)

A refundable security/damage deposit of $1000.00 (with use of equipment) and $500. (no equipment use) Payable via Paypal is required 30 days before your event date. To be returned no later than 30 days post-wedding date if your event adhered to contracted guidelines.

Clubhouse usage includes tables & chairs for up to 68 people. No linens are provided. All vendors, food, beverage, and alcohol may be brought in by client. Set-up/Breakdown of tables & chairs is the client's responsibility. Up to 400 on grass and tent area. The Clubhouse maximum occupancy is 70.

Includes tent area outside of Clubhouse if available (June through September). The clubhouse is available starting at 10 am and additional hours are available for an additional fee.

Use of indoor bathrooms, prep kitchen area including sink and refrigerator with rental of Clubhouse.

Noise Level – Amplified music must be maintained at a reasonable volume and turned off by 9pm. At any time during the event, TPRPD staff members may ask to lower the sound provided by Band or DJ if deemed too loud.

Clubhouse bookings are required to hire a professional wedding “day of” coordinator with proof of Liability Insurance.

Rehearsals are $125.00 per hour. If you have scheduled and paid for a rehearsal it must be scheduled and confirmed 60 days prior to the wedding. Rehearsal can be held at 9:00AM or 10:00AM on the day prior to the wedding. Rehearsal days and time are subject to change if the Park books another event.
